Wooo, look another character! This is yet another character I'm currently in the process of designing for a Mutants and Masterminds game.
I'm not using this design for him anymore, I decided pat way through that there were many, many things I need to change about his design, and that's why his other hand's completely unfinished. XD

Also I don't do people faces.
I am new to people faces.

O_O dude this is awesome. I really love his legs/feet and the scales.
For the humanoid face, I think you did the eyes well.
With some sketches and practice, you'll get better with faces in no time.
I think it's pretty good with this try haha.
